What is the usage of this machine?

It can be equipped with a variety of filling devices for different liquid, powder, granule products, such as Multi heads weigher, Auger filler, liquid paste filler, measuring cup filling machine and other special products filling devices.

When is the delivery or lead time?
Depends on your order, normally it is 30 days for standard machine.

What is the bag size the machine can pack?

We can provided different model VFFS machine for different bag size, including GVF-420, GF-520, GVF-720, GVF-1100.

What is the brand of electric component?

Most of component adopt international brand, like Siemens Touch screen & PLC etc., Panasonic servo motor, and Omron, Schneider etc.

How about the payment way?
Payment can be T/T, L/C etc.

What is the mode of delivery?
Machines can be shipped either by sea or by air, we can provide FOB, CNF, CIF term according to customer ‘s requirement. For big size of machine such as open mouth bagging machine, we would rather suggest shipping by sea.

What is the power supply requirement?
Generally speaking, it could be customized according to customer's requirements either 220v 1phase or 110v 1phase or 380v 3phase or 220v 3phase, etc.

What about the packages for shipment?
We are using standard export packing materials. For Europe and Australia, we are using fumigated wooden case. For North America,South America and Africa, we are using three-ply wooden case or fumigated wooden case. For Asia, we are using wooden case or three-ply wooden case.

Who is going to install the equipment?
We we will provide manual book and detail videos to help customer to install the equipment. If necessary, we will send technician to help in customer’s factory, buyer only need to pay for round trip air ticket, food, room expenses and daily allowance.

How about the after sales service?
We will provide maintenance support for any issue with the equipment, warranty term is 24 months. If the equipment is still under warranty, we will replace and repair the faulty parts free of charge and buyer will only need to pay for the shipping or air charges. In general, we are able to ship the faulty part which are in stock within 1 day.
